Rich went up this afternoon to check on the house, feed the cat and turn off the water.
It is going to be really cold tonight and we are worried about our pipes freezing and bursting. He reported that everything seemed fine. No word on when power will be restored. Thanks for the kind words everyone. I am frustrated and bored silly at my parents house but I know that it could be much, much worse.
