DD1 had a new friend come home with her off the bus today. This particular friend has never been here before so I wanted to make a good impression. I spent all morning cleaning the house so that it would look good when they got home. My plan of course was to play it off as if our house always looked this good.
As soon as they walked in the door DD1 says "wow, you cleaned the house!".
Busted.
