After a rainy June, July was another rainy, rainy month. The kids their own 4th of July shirts in preparation of a parade but it got rained out. So we put on our rain boots and had our own parade around the yard and then banged on pots and pans in the kitchen.
On yet another rainy day the girls and I made our own 4th of July flip flops and painted our nails red, white and blue. We were sick and tired of being cooped up in the house!
We spent the 4th at a great party with friends
We spent that night at the town fireworks with one of our neighbors. Zack didn’t remember the fireworks last year but he loved them this year. My first attempt at taking pictures f fireworks didn’t come out great but I am happy.
We wrapped up a fun weekend of partying with the annual BBQ at Rich’s cousin house.
