From all of my planning, I knew that Easter and the days before and after are some of the busiest days all year at Disney. In order to avoid the crowds we decided not to hit the parks until later in the week.
We spent our first full day with a late breakfast at Chef Mickey’s at the Contemporary Resort.
There is just something so magical about seeing this sign for the first time.
Actually, it never got old. I got goosebumps every time I drove under it all week.
Modeling their custom made t-shirts, sandals and hair bows.
Being silly at the gift shop
Posing with the cousins.
Breakfast
Ellie loved the Mickey Mouse waffles – I think that she had about 4!
After breakfast, we walked around the Contemporary.
It was starting to get hot so we decided to head home for a few minutes before heading over to Downtown Disney for the afternoon.
Lauren was like a little mother hen heading the boys to the parking lot.
